He began his career working in law as a prosecutor in the Tarrant County District Attorneys Office, serving both Arlington and Fort Worth. Through this experience, he learned two things: 1)how prosecuting attorneys set up their case and present their arguments, and 2)that he wanted to defend clients accused of DWI charges –not prosecute them. The first of these two discoveries made him a much better attorney, with knowledge about both sides of a trial.
